General Questions
Tron Energy is a resource generated by staking TRX. It's used to pay for computational costs (smart contract execution) on the Tron network, allowing you to avoid burning TRX as transaction fees.
Purchasing Energy often ends up cheaper for users who frequently transact or send tokens (like USDT). By owning or renting Energy, you reduce how much TRX you lose on each transaction. Learn how to buy Energy for your transactions.
Yes. We use Tron's official delegation and voting methods. You remain in full control of your TRX, and our platform never has access to spend your funds.
For Sellers
You must stake TRX to generate Energy, connect TronLink, grant our platform permissions (for delegation, un-delegation, voting), and set your price. See the Sell Energy page for detailed steps.
No. Your TRX stays in your wallet, frozen (staked) to produce Energy. We only receive delegation rights, not the funds themselves.
Any on-chain actions (delegation, votes) consume Bandwidth or burn small amounts of TRX. Ensure you keep enough resources on your address so your sales won't fail.
Regular TRX staking alone provides modest returns of around 4% APY from Super Representative voting rewards. However, by selling your unused Energy through our platform, you can multiply your returns significantly. The combination of voting rewards plus Energy sales can boost your APY to double digits. See detailed APY breakdown and investment guide to learn how much you could be earning.
For Buyers
Currently, you send TRX to our deposit address and receive delegated Energy for 1 hour. If you want it sent to a different wallet, add that address in the transaction Note. Check Buy Energy for details.
This short-term delegation usually covers typical token transfers (especially USDT). One hour is enough for most transactions, ensuring you don't pay for unused Energy.
At this time, no. Our platform requires TRX to handle the delegation on the Tron blockchain. We may add other methods in the future.
Technical & Troubleshooting
Make sure the TronLink extension is installed in your browser and your wallet is unlocked. If problems persist, reinstall TronLink or contact their support.
Check if the transaction was confirmed on TronScan. If it was, and you still don't have Energy, verify you didn't exceed time or daily limits. Contact us with your transaction ID for further help.
You can see our developer docs at API. The API includes endpoints to check deposit addresses, track purchases, and retrieve the current Energy price.
